When Apple is yet to announce WWDC 2012, a Korean site called ETNews.com reports that the next iPhone would be made of Liquid Metal alloy. It is the same source which earlier inquired from their sources that Galaxy S 3 which is set to be announced in May would be made of Ceramic material. According to the site, both devices of the respective materials would be thin, light and would have no impact to external impacts.
However, same sources earlier claimed that the iPhone 4S would debut in June 2011, instead of October. Hence, they have already been proved wrong. Although they once told that Sharp is short of the supply chain for the display of the new iPad which eventually happened. Sharp faced difficulties in order to meet Apple’s quality control and now ramping up production to meet demand. We are really not sure if the source should be trusted for now. Also, they haven’t provided us with any concrete proof to strengthen their claim.
In addition to it, their sources claims that the iPhone 5 would be announced in WWDC 2012 itself. Whereas, all other sources on web claimed that the next iPhone would follow the same schedule, that is, Apple would launch iPhone 5 only in October. What do you think about it? Let’s know your thoughts in the comment section. We would like to hear from you.
